Why is there no upfront cost?
I believe a website is an investment, not an expense. By spreading the cost into a monthly plan, you get a professional site without the financial risk. It also keeps me accountable — I only succeed if you do.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you retain all your content — I'll give you an export of everything.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites are designed, built, and launched within 10–14 business days of our initial call. The exact timeline depends on how quickly you provide feedback and content like photos and copy.
What's included in the monthly plan?
Your monthly plan covers website hosting, SSL security certificate, ongoing technical maintenance, content updates, and support. The Growth and Premium plans also include SEO work, reporting, and more — see the pricing section for full details.
Do I need to provide content and photos?
You can provide your own content, or I can help. I can write basic copy for your site and source professional stock photography. The Premium plan includes a monthly blog post written entirely by me for your business.
